Does the real estate agent need to be present when photos are taken?
No. Real estate agents, homeowners, and property managers do not need to be present as long as access to the property has been arranged in advance.
What is the turnaround time?
Most professionally edited, MLS-ready real estate photos are delivered within 24–48 hours after your photography session, so you can get your property listed quickly.
Do you charge for Travel time?
There is no additional travel fee for properties located within Hernando County. For real estate photography outside Hernando County, a travel fee may apply based on the property’s location and will always be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.
What areas do you serve?
Florida Property Media provides real estate photography throughout Hernando County, Pasco County, Citrus County, and surrounding Florida communities. Travel outside Hernando County may include an additional travel fee depending on location.
How do you take payment?
Remaining balance due prior to image release. Online payments accepted via credit card or digital transfer.
How should the property be prepared before the photo shoot?
We recommend cleaning and decluttering, opening blinds and curtains, turning on lights, making beds, clearing countertops, and removing personal items. (Checklist will be provided)
Do you photograph FSBO properties?
Yes. Florida Property Media works with homeowners selling their property without a real estate agent. We can provide professional interior and exterior photography, aerial imagery, and virtual staging.
Do you photograph Airbnb and vacation rental properties?
Yes. We provide professional property photography for Airbnb hosts, vacation rental owners, and property managers that showcase amenities and guest experience.
What areas do you provide service for?
We primarily serve properties throughout Hernando County and the surrounding Central Florida regions. Specific travel arrangements can be made for properties outside our standard service area.
